Mason/member of the Kansas City Shriners); son of the late Ollie Clifton Spicer & the late Avery Maxine (Gravitt) Spicer (b. 10/10/1936 Moberly, Randolph County, MO) & she preceded him in death on 11/3/2020; father of Ronald Ray "Ronnie" Spicer, Kimi Lynn (Spicer) Arnold & the late Donald Lee "Donnie" Spicer; brother of Betty Joanne (Spicer) Webb, Dorothy Maxine (Spicer) Bailey Payne, the late Dewey Clifton Spicer, the late Lucille Avery (Spicer) Haggard. the late Roy Lee Spicer, the late Virgil Billy Spicer, the late James Gilbert "Jim" Spicer & the late Anna Marie (Spicer) Caylor; half-brother of the late John Thomas Spicer
