Aged 79; (teacher and principal in Centertown, MO for five years/principal of grades K-8 and later of the new Parkview Elementary School and Cameron Middle School along with numerous administrative positions in Cameron, MO--25 yrs./was very active in local politics and was on the city council and was mayor of Cameron from 1990 to 1992/elected to four terms in the Missouri House of Representatives in 1996/elected to one term as the presiding commissioner of Clinton County); son of the late Elias Woodrow Relford & the late Dorothy "Wilma" (Long) Relford (b. 4/2/1943 Moberly, Randolph County, MO); 1961 graduate of Moberly High School, 1963 graduate of Moberly Junior College--now Moberly Area Community College--(both in Moberly, Randolph County, MO) and 1965 graduate of Northeast Missouri State Teacher’s College--now Truman State--in Kirksville, Adair County, MO; husband of Barbara Jane (Robertson) Relford (m. 8/21/1965 Moberly, Randolph County, MO--57 yrs.) & she survives of the home; father of Robertson Howard Relford, Bradley Burke Relford & Thomas Frazier Relford; brother of Lynda Ann (Relford) Paxton & the late Beverly Kay "Bev" (Relford) Humphrey
