MO/served on the City Council from 1966-1971, the Board of Directors for the Randolph County Bank; the Board of Directors for the Bank of Cairo and Moberly, the Sheltered Workshop & Moberly Ambassadors); son of the late Leo Valentine Scheiner & Virginia Mary (Schneider) Scheiner (b.. 3/10/1930 Saint Charles, St. Charles County, MO); 1948 graduate of Moberly High School & Moberly Junior College (Moberly, Randolph County, MO), attended St. Louis University (Saint Louis, St. Louis County, MO) & graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration (Columbia, Boone County, MO); husband of the late Ellen "Romaine" (Richardson) Scheiner (m.9/15/1951 Rectory of Saint John's Catholic Church, Moberly, Randolph County, MO--50 yrs.) & she preceded him in death on 9/22/2001 and of Margaruette (Hewitt) Hastings Scheiner (m. 1/3/2004 Moberly, Randolph County, MO) & she survives of the home; father of Cynthia Sue "Cindy" (Scheiner) Correa, Steven Arthur "Steve" Scheiner & the late Thomas Scott Scheiner; step-father of Debra Lea (Hastings) Huff; brother of the late Armond Leo Scheiner & the late Mary Virginia (Scheiner) Kehoe
