Aged 42; (Chief of Staff for former Missouri Senator Wes Shoemyer (2007-2010), Deputy Director of scheduling for former Governor Jay Nixon (2011-2013), served as the liaison between the Governor’s office and the General Assembly in his role as the Director of Legislative and Constituent Service for the Department of Corrections. In 2015, transferred to the Department of Public Safety as the Legislative Director, joined the Heartland Credit Union Association in December of 2017 and currently served as the Executive Director of the Missouri Credit Union Association under Cornerstone League); son of James Montgomery “Monty” Dunlap and Rebecca Anne “Becky” (Vanlandingham) Dunlap (b. 9/10/1981 Moberly, Randolph County, MO); 2000 graduate of Paris High School (Paris, Monroe County, MO), 2004 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University (Maryville, Nodaway County, MO with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & received his Masters of Public Affairs in 2014 from University of Missouri-Columbia (Columbia, Boone County, MO); husband of Leslie Ann (Waters) Dunlap (m. 9/24/2011 First Christian Church, Jefferson City, Cole County, MO) & she survives of the home; father of Liam Dunlap & Lanie Dunlap
