Dalton, MO);husband of Evelyn Maudell (Kilgore) Seeley (m. 8/2/1954); father of Tawnia Phelps & Michael Seeley, brother of Jerrie Dubree & Donald Waterfield (Note: it appears that both Robert's father Kermit & his father-in-law Lowry Kilgore, Sr. were at different times married to Elsie Glindora (White) Waterfield Seeley Kilgore so this may lead to some genealogical confusion)
