Aged 84; (US Army Veteran/homemaker); daughter of the late George Thomas & Willie Mae (Shackelford) Massey (b. 4/10/1935 Franklin County, GA); 1954 graduate of Morgan County HighSchool (Morgan County, Georgia); wife of the late Roger Franklin Freels, Sr. (m. 8/9/1955 Fort Belvoir, VA); mother of Alta (Massey) Nielsen, James Freels, Patricia Freels, Janice (Freels) Hurt, Roger Freels, Jr. & Michael Freels; sister of William Robert Massey, Richard Ronald Massey, the late Shirley (Massey) Self & the late Thomas Mordacai Massey who died in infancy; (Note: She died during the pandemic, so burial details are unclear at this time. She passed away in Madison, MO & her husband is buried in Sunset Hill Cemetery there, so perhaps she is by him or perhaps she was cremated.)
