Aged 91; (homemaker); daughter of the late Fred Lee Noel & the late Flossie Nichols (Warford) Noel (b. 4/27/1929 Moniteau, Randolph County, MO); wife of the late Arthur Fred Schwab, Jr. (m. 12/26/1948 Moberly, Randolph County, MO) & he preceded her in death on 8/6/1993; mother of Mark Randall Schwab, Laura Louise Schwab & Joyce "Elaine" (Schwab) Fanning; sister of the late James William Noel, the late Roy Allen Noel & the late Willard Lee Noel; (Note: Rose passed away in Grand Junction, CO during the COVID-19 pandemic, so her final resting place is unknown at this time. Her husband is buried in Oakland Cemetery in Moberly, MO.)
