December 1963 New Haven, Franklin County, MO) & he survives; mother of Vicky Lynn (Witcher) Stiffarm Brown, Terry Sue Witcher, Michael Lee Novotney & Rebecca Joyce "Beccie" (Novotney) Stansberry; half-sister of Rick "Ricky" Joseph Bailey, the late Kenneth Floyd Bailey, Sr. & the late Joyce Renee (Bailey) Harke Buenemann; (Note: a death notice only appeared in the 1/1/2021 issue of the MMI.)
