On July 11, 2024, Victor Burton, 62, of Hannibal, was charged with Assault in the First Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Trafficking for the Purpose of Sexual Exploitation. on February 5th, a jury found him guilty of 4th Degree Assault and Trafficking.
