Daughter of Peter Stice, Monroe County pioneer who built the first mill on the South Fork of the Salt River in Florida, Mo, was a circus fat lady in the 1800's. Lizzie was said to have weighed 500 pounds at 14 when she ran away and weighed 722 on tours.
