Elizabeth Leiva, a Moberly resident & Columbia firefighter, was recently named one of 51 winners across the US & Canada for Norwegian Cruise Lines "Encore Moments" campaign that offers "everyday heroes" a 3-to-5 day cruise on their newest ship
Leiva is the co-founder of the Columbia Memorial Stair Climb, a not-for-profit group which honors the fallen & raises money for charity
