Missouri schools left 'scrambling' when without warning they found they are now required to certify that their district had complied with Attorney General Eric Schmitt's demands to drop any & all COVID-19 mitigation measures, such as mask mandates
If they refused, state Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick would not sign off on school districts' refinancing of debt at lower rates
