Ervin A. Bontrager, 18, made a u-turn on JJ in front of Brett A. Ellis, 23 on Nov. 18 & the vehicles collided; Ellis and his passenger Madison E. Ellis, 21, sustained minor to moderate injuries and were transported to MRMC
