There is soon to be a new sheriff in town: Andy Boggs elected as the new Randolph County Sheriff
Higbee native and night watch sergeant for the Moberly PD, Andy Boggs, is officially elected as Randolph County Sheriff after a 2,596 total vote win in the August 6 Primary Election. Boggs is set to be officially sworn into office on December 31, 2024.
