Moberly Parks and Recreation Department held free obstacle course event for children
The Moberly Parks and Recreation Department held an obstacle course event for children of all ages this past Saturday at the Howard Hills Athletic Complex. Children were able to navigate a series of obstacles and were rewarded with a trophy and a snack.
