Higbee is named a "Purple Heart City", mayor asks for local support in honoring the veteran who sacrificed for our country
The City of Higbee has gained the title of "Purple Heart City" in thanks to the one and only man form Higbee to lose his life in Vietnam War: Robert L. Westfall, Jr. The City of Higbee is organizing a memorial in his honor. Donations are being accepted.
