Two Moberly individuals were arrested for kidnapping
According to a press release from the Moberly Police Dept, a 37 year old Moberly man and a 27 year old Moberly woman were arrested for kidnapping on Friday Sept 20 after a family member called and reported the victim was being held against their will.
