A third suspect identified and arrested in Moberly kidnapping incident
Vaughn C. Woods, 38, was arrested in connection to a Moberly kidnapping last Friday where the victim was held against her will for a ransom. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Rollins Street in Moberly on Friday, September 20.
