A fourth suspect arrested and charged in Moberly kidnapping incident
A fourth suspect has been identified in a Moberly kidnapping incident that took place on Sept. 20 on Rollins. Moberly Police arrested Allison Escobar, 33, of Columbia on Friday, September 27 and charged with one count of kidnapping.
