Moberly resident competes in the OCR World Championships
On Friday, Oct. 4, Moberly resident Kim Welch competed in the Men's Pro 3K and 100 meter events at the OCR World Championships in Mammoth Lakes, California. He finished 15th in the 3K, but was not able to complete 100 meter due to injury on his hand.
