Mike Skubic appointed to Moberly City Council after Austin Kyser resigns
Effective November 26, Councilman Austin Kyser has resigned from the Moberly City Council following his successful election to the Randolph County Commission. Mayor Lucas nominated Mike Skubic to complete the remainder of the council term.
