A Moberly heart doctor, Dr. Sanjeev Dahri Ravipudi, 53, of Hawaii County, Hawaii who unexpectedly closed his practice in April with no warning was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on December 10 for driving while intoxicated.
