Formerly deported waiter charged with molesting child
On Friday, Jan 10, the Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney's office charged a waiter from a Moberly restaurant with one count of child molestation in the second degree, involving a child less than 12 years of age. MPD arrested Hector Marcos-Perez, 32.
