Moberly Kiwanis Park expected to be complete by Mid to late August of this year
The Moberly Kiwanis Club in conjunction with the Moberly Parks and Recreation Department recently announced on social media that despite four months of rain during the construction of the new Kiwanis Park, plans for the completion are still on schedule.
