$100,000 dollar bond set for Moberly murder suspect, bench trial scheduled for February
David Kip Heyde, of Moberly who faces Second Degree murder charges for the shooting death of Bailey Scott was granted bond in Court on November 7, after filing a motion to receive bond so he could get medical care outside of jail.
