Moberly man charged for endangering welfare of a child after drunk driving
Tanner Dowling of Moberly, was arrested on November 12 for driving while intoxicated and allegedly riving a vehicle into another car that was parked while his own child was near the vehicle. He was charged with Endangering Welfare of Child-1st Degree.
