Glance at the Past "Moberly's City Hall"
Moberly's City Hall began as a simple council room in the back of Rothwell and Porter's law firm. The spent $17 to buy supplies to fill the room and gave $10 rent to the law firm beginning on May 23, 1870. The first lot was sold in 1866 to start Moberly.
