Monroe County man charged with molesting his step-daughter; mother of child charged for tampering with victim
Joseph Navarro, Paris, was arrested on November 21 and charged with Child Molestation, 2nd Degree, Child Less Than 12 Years of Age after his step daughter reported the abuse to her school counselor. Jennifer Navarro, mother of the victim, was charged also
