Moberly man who was found guilty of murder has been taken into custody after post-trial bond is revoked
David Kip Heyde, 69, was found guilty on June 26 for Murder in the 2nd Degree of Bailey Scott, 23. His pre-sentencing bond was revoked and he was taken back into custody.
