Mobelry man who was found guilty of murder has been taken into custody after post-trial bond is revoked
David Kip Heyde, 69, was found guilty by a Randolph County Judge on June 26 for Murder in the 2nd Degree of 23-year-old Bailey Scott of Moberly.
