Former Paris Missouri Pastor Convicted in 1.8 million dollar pandemic fraud scheme
Kenneth C. Sparks III, 56 was found guilty of all 20 of the counts that he faced related to his orchestration of $1.2 million pandemic loan fraud as well as more than $600,000 auto and personal loan fraud schemes.
